Rade Hajdin

Dr. Hajdin received his doctorate in 1990 at the ETH Zürich (Switzerland). He was employed by Emch + Berger AG (1990 – 1992), before founding the firm Dr. J. Grob und Partner, specialised in the field of Construction of engineering structures, structural safety and computer-aided engineering solutions (1992 – 2001). In 2001 Dr. Hajdin assumed the position of Visiting Professor of Infrastructure management at the University of Pennsylvania (USA). In 2003, Dr. Hajdin founded the firm Infrastructure Management Consultants with Dr. Bryan Adey and assumed the role of President of the firm.

Jan Wunderlich

Mr. Wunderlich completed his studies in 2003 with a M.Sc. Civil Engineering degree from ETH Zürich (Switzerland). He then worked at the Institute for Construction Planning and Construction Operations at ETH (2003 – 2004) and later at Emch + Berger AG (2004 – 2005). Since 2005 Mr. Wunderlich is a part of the team at Infrastructure Management Consultants GmbH. In 2010 he completed a graduate degree in Management, Technology and Economics at the ETH Zürich (Switzerland). Since 2010, Mr. Wunderlich is the Vice President of Infrastructure Management Consultants GmbH.

Andreas Fastrich

Dr. Fastrich completed his studies in 2003 with a M.Sc. Civil Engineering degree from the Technical University of Karlsruhe (Germany). He then worked at the firms F. Kirchhoff AG and BauCC-Organisationsberatung GmbH. From 2006 until 2010 he was employed as a researcher and doctoral candidate at the Institute of Construction and Infrastructure management at ETH Zürich (Switzerland). Since 2010, Dr. Fastrich is a part of the team at Infrastructure Management Consultants GmbH.

Frank Schiffmann

Dr. Frank Schiffmann finished his M.Sc. Civil Engineering studies in 2002 at the Technical University (TU) of Dresden (Germany). He then assumed the role as researcher and doctoral candidate at the Institute for Transport Planning and Transport Systems at ETH Zürich (Switzerland). Since 2011, Dr. Schiffmann is part of the team at Infrastructure Management Consultants GmbH.

Holger Diederich

Dr. Diederich finished in 2012 his Master studies in Civil Engineering from ETH Zürich (Switzerland). He wrote his Dissertation on his research at the Institute for Structural Engineering at the same university (2012 – 2016) on the development of a non-destructive inspection method for standing reinforce concrete structures. He was employed at Bänziger Partner AG (2016-2019) in the field of structural engineering. As a part of his responsibilities, he lead the inspection and maintenance planning of standing bridge structures. Since 2019 Dr. Diederich is a part of the team at Infrastructure Management Consultants GmbH.

Nikola Tanasić

Dr. Nikola Tanasić finished his studies in 2007 graduating with a M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Belgrade (Serbia). From 2007 to 2015, he worked as a researcher and doctoral candidate at the Chair for reinforced concrete structures at the same university. In 2015 Dr. Tanasić was awarded his PhD and assumed the role of Assistant Professer at the chair. Since 2016 Dr. Tanasić is a part of the team at Infrastructure Management Consultants GmbH.

Matthias Botzen

Mr. Botzen completed his studies in Computer science from the RWTH Aachen (Germany) in 2008. Since 2009 he is part of the team at Infrastructure Management Consultants GmbH.

Tim Blumenfeld

Dr.-Ing. Tim Blumenfeld finished his master studies in 2014 in civil engineering from the Technical University (TU) in Darmstadt (Germany). He then pursued a PhD at TU Darmstadt at the Institute for Road and Pavement Engineering and finished his dissertation in 2020 in the field of infrastructure management of roads. Dr.-Ing. Blumenfeld is a part of the team of Infrastructure Management Consultants GmbH since 2020.

Neryvaldo Galvão

Dr. Galvão completed his doctoral studies in Civil Engineering at the School of Engineering of the University of Minho (Portugal) in February 2023. His research has primarily focused on the crucial domain of structural safety of bridges, encompassing critical aspects such as design and construction errors, reliability of structures, risk analysis, non-linear analysis, and bridge failure. As a former researcher affiliated with the Institute for Sustainability Innovation in Structural Engineering (ISISE), he polished his expertise in these fields. Dr. Galvão joined Infrastructure Management Consultants in April 2023.

Lazar Rakić

Mr. Rakić completed his studies in 2021 with a MSc degree in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering at ETH Zürich. His studies had a focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence, control systems, and robotics. Mr. Rakić has been part of the Infrastructure Management Consultants GmbH team since 2021.

Damir Mihajlović

Mr. Mihajlovic finished his studies in 2009 at the Faculty of Organized Sciences in Serbia. After his studies, he worked for Media II Co. (2009-2010) and TOMDOTCOM Consulting Inc. (2010-2014) in Vancouver (Canada) before changing to Orion Telekom (2014-2015) in Belgrade (Serbia) Mr. Mihajlovic is Senior System Engineer for Microsoft Platforms. Since 2015 he has been a part of the team at Infrastructure Management Consultants GmbH.
